  • My focus is nurturing the mother. Each package has a general framework of physical and emotional healing, but is flexible to the needs of the day. Sessions are available between the hours of 7AM and 7PM.

    Postpartum session examples: physical recovery support, newborn education & support, nervous system grounding, meal drops or in-home meal preps, partner education, coping skills for new parents, light house organization, somatic releases, cacao, foot bath, and closing of the bones once bleeding has concluded. Sessions are built on personal interests and needs!

  • This one-off class offers physiological birth education and comfort measures to help you feel more confident going into labor. You'll learn the stages of labor, partner coping techniques, pain management options, how to create your birth preferences, and advocacy skills. Email direct to schedule!

  • For women seeking turn key support. I will handle all resourcing and scheduling. Each plan is designed to meet your unique needs and preferences; including doula support, chef prepared meals, lactation consultants, body work, sound sessions, energy work, acupuncture, and more. Every detail is intentionally curated offering seamless support in the privacy of your home.
